What to Eat

Antioxidants from vegetables and fruit! They will help fight the damage caused by free radicals. are caused by the pollution in your daily environments, bad dietary habits, smoking and alcohol.
Eating at least five portions a day of both vegetables and fruits will help improve the current status of your skin and prevent further damage.

Vegetables like pumpkin, carrots and sweet potatoes contains Betacarotene which is a strong antioxidant for the skin! also lutein found in kale, papaya and spinach will help your skin cells develop naturally and give a healthy skin tone. Vegetables – Dark Green

True super heroes in the green plant world are broccoli, spinach and kale. Vitamin C, E, A, calcium, magnesium and potassium are amongst some of the ingredients that will get your body up and going for ages. Lutein and quercetin are both strong antioxidants that are proven to have cancer-fighting properties and dilate blood vessels to treat and prevent heart deacease.

Vegetables – Orange

Sweet potato, Carrots, Butternut squash, and pumpkins are all nutrient rich and full of phytochemicals. Carrots have the highest vitamin A levels whilst orange types of squash as butternut and acorn are high both A and C.

Vegetables – Red

The phytochemicals in red vegetables like beets, red peppers, rhubarb and tomatoes are are Hesperidin, Quercetin and Lycopene (amongst others). They will protect you from cancer and even support joint tissue in cases like arthritis.

Vegetables – Blue/purple

The blue and purple color are mostly commen in berries. They are, however, very healthy. Vegetables like eggplant, purple potatoes, cabbage will support the immune system whilst plums, figs, grapes and prunes will improve and support a healthy digestion. All together they fight inflammation, reduce tumor growth and acts as anticarginogens in the digestive tract.

They all contain alot of minerals and vitamins known to strengthen the immune system.
